Terms of Service
The Engine Clinic LLC
Effective 12/1/2025
Warranty: The Engine Clinic LLC warrants that all work will be done with customer satisfaction, honesty and the reliability of said work in mind. The service warranty will be good for 15 days after the date completed on work order. The service will only be warrantied if the issue is a direct cause from The Engine Clinic LLC’s work and if the vehicle or equipment is brought to The Engine Clinic LLC’s shop at the cost of Customer. In the case where it is the part that failed Customer agrees to go through the part manufacturer directly. Customer agrees to not recover damages and or lost wages from The Engine Clinic LLC due to part failure. The Engine Clinic LLC does not warranty parts or third party services.
Scheduling: Customer may request maintenance and or repairs from The Engine Clinic LLC by contacting Nate via social media messengers, call or text at 952-686-8714 or by email at Nate@theengineclinic.com
Charges / Payments: The Engine Clinic LLC’s charges for labor and parts are as follows:
Regular Shop Service and Repair Labor: $100.00 per hour and mobile service is $125.00 per hour, both with a 1 hour minimum and $50.00 fuel charge over 20 miles.
Small Engine repair and maintenance is $80.00 per hour and the mobile small engine rate is $100.00 per hour with a $50.00 fuel charge over 20 miles both with 1 hour minimum.
Emergency service (after 5pm M-F and Saturday and Sundays), pick up / drop off equipment, consulting and or special projects will be on a case by case basis for price and scheduling. Please feel free to call The Engine Clinic LLC for more information.
Customer agrees to pay the full amount due upon receiving Invoice and or before taking equipment away from The Engine Clinic LLC’s property.
Authorization of work may be given by Customer orally or in written form, including email and text. If Customer cancels work the same day work is to be completed Customer agrees to pay a late cancellation fee of $50.00.
If the repair or service warrants new parts, Customer gives full permission to The Engine Clinic LLC to choose the brand of part and Customer agrees to pay a 15% markup fee on all parts above retail price and any applicable taxes.
The Engine Clinic LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle or equipment due to fire, weather, theft or any other cause except the sole negligence of The Engine Clinic LLC. The Engine Clinic LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to articles of personal property that has been left in any vehicle or equipment, whatever the cause. The Engine Clinic LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or other liability caused by, arising from, or related to repair or maintenance work recommended by The Engine Clinic LLC that is declined by Customer. Customer agrees that The Engine Clinic LLC employees may operate Customer’s vehicle for purposes of facilitating the repairs, including but not limited to diagnosing, road testing, and if needed and approved by customer, sublet services.
By hiring The Engine Clinic LLC Customer agrees fully to these Terms of Service. The Engine Clinic LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any point and will do our best to notify our Customers.
